Meet the owner
Your window guy did stunts on The Walking Dead
Before TruPro, Ryan Olson worked as a stuntman in film and TV, including The Walking Dead, which filmed right here in Senoia. Heights, rigging and safety checks were part of the job. Now he brings that same care to your second-story windows.
He lives right here with his young family, runs TruPro as a small local business, and cared enough about his community to run for mayor of South Fulton. When you book TruPro, you're hiring a neighbor, not a franchise.
Service area
Home turf, south of Atlanta
TruPro is based here and works these six communities every week. For homes and listings, Ryan travels farther out across the south metro. Storefront routes stay close to home.
Homes and listings outside these towns are welcome. Send an estimate and we'll confirm the trip.
Questions
Listing clean FAQ
Can you work from a lockbox?
Yes. Send the code or access notes with your booking. We lock up behind us and text you when we're done.
Who pays, the agent or the seller?
Either. Tell us when you book and we'll invoice the right person for that listing.
How far ahead should I book?
Three to five days before your photo date is ideal. If it's sooner, text Ryan the date and he'll tell you straight away whether it's possible.
Do you send photos?
Yes. Before-and-after photos go to the agent after every listing clean.
Do you clean vacant homes?
Yes. Vacant homes are often the easiest, since we can work through the whole house at once.
Can you do the move-out clean before closing too?
Yes. Many agents book one clean before photos and a second before the final walk-through.
Have a listing coming up?
Price it now, or text Ryan the address and your photo date.
